Amalia is a great chef as well as a well-rounded professional. She helped us with logistics to have the best possible outcome at our Annual Gala at St. Anthony Main. Her menu on that occasion incorporated traditional and delicious dishes from five different Latin American countries. All along with a great introductory presentation.

Thank you for a great event to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month at Boston Scientific. I loved your story-telling approach. Particularly we enjoyed how you explained the differences on food preparation for many latinamerican countries; from the subtle differences to the not-so-subtle.
