No one word: Latino identity in Minnesota -by Molly Bloom, Minnesota Public Radio

The demographics of Minnesota are changing and the growing Latino community is an important part of that change. We collected the stories of more than 125 Latinos in Minnesota and asked them to choose five words or phrases that describe their identities. These Minnesotans trace their roots to 17 different countries. Some of their families have been here for generations, while others have recently arrived.
