Medtronic used Amalia’s services for a virtual cooking class as part of Hispanic Heritage Month. The class was a success, the people who participated were delighted with the three recipes that she included in the class. Her professionalism and knowledge made the event a success. I worked closely with Amalia to pull off a successful (and delicious) ERG event that included lunch, Q&A, and a presentation on grit and resilience. Amalia was flexible, quick to respond, easy to work with, and an all-around excellent speaker and cook! Thank you, Amalia, for sharing your talents and treats with Ecolab’s HACER ERG!

I have worked with Amalia on several occasions and most recently as one of our keynote speakers for the AIM, Action Information Motivation: A Women’s Leadership conference. As always, Amalia is more than prepared and does just as an amazing job presenting her story as she does her cooking. I would recommend Amalia for any events, big or small. Speaking, cooking or both, Amalia is a crowd favorite that never disappoints!

Amalia is a great chef as well as a well-rounded professional. She helped us with logistics to have the best possible outcome at our Annual Gala at St. Anthony Main. Her menu on that occasion incorporated traditional and delicious dishes from five different Latin American countries. All along with a great introductory presentation.

Thank you for a great event to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month at Boston Scientific. I loved your story-telling approach. Particularly we enjoyed how you explained the differences on food preparation for many latinamerican countries; from the subtle differences to the not-so-subtle. Attendees enjoyed the event and the food was delicious! We’ll plan to invite you again in the future.
