  1. I have been searching onlnie for a vegetarian masa recipe and found your recipes. Years ago my friend and I endeavored to make tamales and, while it was alot of work, it was SO worth it! I am taking it on again, by myself, but wanted to review a few recipes since it’s been awhile. Your recipes look amazing and like the real deal. I will thoroughly enjoy this and will let you know how it goes! Thanks for the great pics and the wonderful recipes!!!
