Amalia's guatemalan Spicy Mango and Shrimp Ceviche

Tasty TreatsServes 4-6 as an appetizer

½ cup green mangos, peeled diced
½ cup pineapple, peeled, diced
½ cup green bell pepper, seeded, deveined, diced
½ red bell pepper, seeded, deveined, diced
½ cup green onion, sliced
½ cup cilantro leaves, chopped
1 Habanero chile pepper, seeded, deveined
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
The juice of 2-3 limes

Garnish
Cooked shrimp, cilantro leaves

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Taste and allow flavors to blend in the refrigerator for 10-20 minutes.

Garnish and serve.
